How do I request a ride?

Simply open the OUCAB app, enter your destination in the "Where to?" box, confirm your pickup location, and tap "Request". You will see your driver arriving on the map.

Are your prices fixed?

We offer upfront pricing. The price you see before you book is the price you pay, barring any mid-trip changes or excessive waiting times.

Can I schedule a ride in advance?

Yes, you can schedule rides up to 30 days in advance. Just tap the clock icon next to the "Where to?" button on the home screen.
